GYROTONIC® is designed to enhance the body’s range of motion, strength and agility.
The specialized and fully adjustable Gyrotonic equipment is designed to support and guide the body’s natural movements. Each exercise flows into the next, creating a strong core while allowing the joints to move through a natural range of motion. This allows the muscles and connective tissue to strengthen and lengthen without compression. The rhythmic and flowing movement sequences address the entire body by opening energy pathways, stimulating the nervous system and creating a renewed vitality and general sense of well-being. The Gyrotonic method is used world-wide as an effective cross-training modality for professional athletes to movement enthusiasts of all ages and ability.
THE BENEFITS of Gyrotonic INCLUDE:
- Lower back pain solutions
